What needed to be solved
Recruiting and HR teams spend countless hours manually reviewing resumes, filtering applicants with rigid keyword searches, and coordinating screening steps across disconnected tools. Qualified candidates are frequently missed simply because their resume phrasing differs from the exact keywords in a job description.
How we engineered the platform
Bitcloud Studios engineered Prismia around stateful, multi-step AI agent workflows powered by LangGraph and FastAPI rather than a simple single-prompt chatbot. The system extracts structured skills, experience, and qualifications from resumes, converts both candidate profiles and job requirements into semantic vector embeddings for intelligent matching, and delivers predictable, human-in-the-loop screening evaluations.
